Have you started planning your Cinco de Mayo party yet? This year it’s on a Monday, so you have the whole weekend to celebrate.
You know it’s a Party Bee bar when our signature Southern Bar Mix is served in a silver revere bowl alongside the champagne station
Antipasto skewers piled high for a large corporate reception. These are made with artichokes, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, salami and pepperonchini.

Spring is here and we are loving all these ladies luncheons: at this one we did chicken salad cups with gluten free crackers alongside the traditional chicken salad croissant option. And the truest sign that summer is around the corner- tomato tart!

Some of our favorite passed appetizers on display: salmon dilly roses on cucumber rounds with herbed lemon cream cheese, Party Bee crostini with prosciutto, fig butter, arugula and balsamic glaze and my favorite: New Orleans crab ravigote with jumbo
