The bread and butter of The Party Bee is our Custom Designed Party where we step into your shoes and help you with every detail of your event. Our favorite menus are for Southern Cocktail Suppers, New Orleans Jazz Brunches, Special Occasion Dinner Parties, Traditional Afternoon Teas, and Ladies Luncheons; but we can design a custom menu for almost any event, from baby showers and barbecues to corporate dinners and fundraisers. Our most popular menu item is our signature New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp over Mississippi Garlic Cheese Grit Soufflé- served in a demi tasse cup and silver spoon or from one of our vintage silver chafing dishes.

All Custom Designed Parties are staffed by our expert team of Party Captains, hostess helpers and bartenders who exude Southern Hospitality. Our elegant southern comfort food is prepared at our commercial kitchen and sourced from a variety of partnering local restaurants, bakeries and specialty shops.
We operate on a private chef platform, meaning we do the final preparation and plating of the menu in your home or venue. That way it is freshly prepared just the way it would be if you were hosting the party yourself.
We curate a silver chest of the serving pieces unique to each event from our extensive collection of vintage silver. Our party design studio is fully stocked with all of your party rental needs such as tea cups and saucers, glassware, high tops and linens - even kids tables and chairs. Each custom designed party can be either totally turnkey; or, you can select only the specific services and a la carte rentals you want. We have meticulously built vendor relationships with other local small business owners who provide our tents, photography, entertainment, wine and liquor delivery, and specialty paper invitations. Together we can effortlessly execute every aspect of your event.
The Party Design process includes a walkthrough where we meet you face-to-face and familiarize ourselves with the size, scale and formality of your home or venue. That way, when our staff arrives the day of the party, they are fully prepared and ready to handle everything while you enjoy the company of your guests. Our Party Design fee covers the cost of the walkthrough appointment, all the staff planning prior to the event and any vendor coordination involved in your party.
If you do not wish to have staff or rentals and would prefer drop-off catering, you may choose from our Party Bee at Home offerings which are pre-set menus delivered for the hostess to serve herself.
