Party Bee at Home

Elegant Southern comfort hand delivered to your doorstep or dining table, Party Bee at Home is your capsule collection of ready-to-serve offerings. We have designed and refined these pre-set menus to focus on the specific parties most well suited for drop-off catering without requiring staff.

Afternoon Tea

If any event was well suited to host by yourself, it’s an afternoon tea.  Our three-course Traveling Tea Room pre-set menu is curated with all the accoutrements for you to host a tea party of up to 12, 18, or 24 guests. Each package includes finger sandwiches, scones, cream, jam, petit fours, cookies, tea, milk, sugar, honey and lemon wheels. A la carte items in half dozen increments are available after meeting the $500 minimum order. All items are delivered chilled in disposable containers for you to plate and serve. Should you wish to rent cups, tea pots or any serving pieces, drop-off rentals are available through our Traveling Tea Room service.

Ladies Luncheon Buffet

Straight from the pages of my favorite Southern Tea Room menus of The Women’s Exchange in Memphis and The Zodiac Room from the flagship Neiman Marcus in Dallas, these Ladies Luncheon Buffet Bundles include three salads, a soup, a batch of special iced tea or punch with an option to add dessert. Luncheons are delivered cold with salad dressings on the side for you to plate and serve when you desire.

For garden clubs and outdoor gatherings we offer Boxed Lunches delicately prepared and tied with a raffia bow, disposable silver fork and color coordinated luncheon napkin. Offerings rotate by season and special occasion and are based on availability.

Starting at $1000

Comfort and Joy Gift Baskets

We wouldn’t be true to our roots if we didn’t offer the icon of Southern Hospitality: casseroles. As Sheri Castle says in her epic Ode to Casseroles, “it is possible to take comfort. You can carry it in your hands, in a casserole dish.” Choose from Chicken Tetrazzini, King Ranch Chicken or Oliver’s Chicken Pot Pie.

New Orleans Breakfast Basket:  Southern breakfast casserole with sausage, egg and cheese in a foil pan, can of Café du Monde chicory coffee and box of Café du Monde beignet mix.

Bespoke Gift Baskets can be made with such items as the “Bless your Heart” Southern Trivia game by Garden and Gun, grain sack table runner, or personalized for the new baby or newlywed couple. Casseroles are delivered frozen or refrigerated for the recipient to heat and serve.

Comfort and Joy Baskets start at $150 plus local delivery based on availability.
